Links to our CCR's
On the sidebar you can find links to the files of our covenants and bylaws. There is also a link to City Code (which is not enforced by our HOA, but by City of Caldwell Code Enforcement).
These covenants are there to protect the value of our homes in our neighborhood and to make living together in our subdivision easier. Get familiar with them and if you have any questions you can contact the board.
If you have a question about a violation notice received, you can contact MGM at mgm@gomgm.com or the board at stonegatesubdivision@gmail.com. If you have a valid reason for not complying with the CCRs, you can apply for a variance through MGM.
If you feel there needs to be an amendment made to the bylaws or covenants, you can make a request to the board and we can vote on it as a subdivision.
